Pumpkin Spice Collagen Latte


Ingredients (serves 1):

1 scoop Dose & Co Pure Collagen Peptides

1 shot espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)

1 cup milk of choice (oat, almond, dairy)

2 tbsp pumpkin purée (unsweetened)

½ tsp pumpkin spice mix (or cinnamon + nutmeg)

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

 

Method:

1. In a small pan, gently heat the milk, pumpkin purée, spices, vanilla and sweetener. Whisk until smooth and steamy.

2. Stir in 1 scoop of Pure Collagen Peptides until fully dissolved.

3. Pour the pumpkin-spiced milk over your espresso.

4. Top with a dusting of cinnamon and enjoy your October glow.
