Protein Muffins

Ingredients

½ cup Dose & Co Chocolate Fudge protein powder
3 eggs
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons cocoa
¼ teaspoon salt

Topping (optional)

¼ cup milk chocolate, melted

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, fan bake. Line a muffin tray with muffin liners.

In a bowl mix the eggs, protein powder, almond flour, maple syrup, Greek yogurt and salt. Combine well.

Using a tablespoon, scoop mixture into the muffin liners. Bake for 15 minutes.

Let the muffins cool down and top with melted chocolate.
