Cosy Collagen Oatmeal Cookies

Cosy Collagen Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients (makes 8–10 cookies):

1 scoop Dose & Co Pure Collagen Peptides

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

¼ cup maple syrup or honey

¼ cup dark chocolate chips (or raisins if you prefer)

1 tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp baking powder

Pinch of sea salt

Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 175°C / 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and Pure Collagen Peptides.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk the almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.

4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a sticky dough forms. If it feels too dry, add a splash of milk; if too wet, add a few more oats.

5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips (or raisins).

6. Using a spoon or your hands, roll the mixture into balls and flatten slightly onto the baking tray.

7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown at the edges.

8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before enjoying warm, soft, and chewy.

These cookies are the perfect autumn snack - wholesome, naturally sweet, and with an extra collagen boost to keep your skin, hair and nails glowing through October.
