Ingredients:
2 servings Dose & Co Marine Collagen powder
300g chocolate, melted
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 ½ cups mini marshmallows (or full size but chopped)
10 shortbread cookies
1 cup freeze dried berries (optional)
Method:
Line a medium oven dish with nonstick paper.
Cut shortbread into small pieces and add to a bowl. Add marshmallows and freeze dried berries. Mix well.
In a small bowl, combine melted chocolate and melted butter and mix well. Add collagen powder and mix again.
Pour the chocolate into the bowl with the cookies and marshmallows. Combine.
Pour mixture into oven dish and press down.
Place into the refrigerator for 2 hours to set. Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into pieces before serving. Share and enjoy!
