Apple-Cinnamon Collagen Overnight Oats

Ingredients (serves 1):

1 scoop Dose & Co Pure Collagen Peptides

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy)

¼ cup plain Greek yoghurt (optional, for creaminess)

½ apple, finely diced (or grated)

1 tsp chia seeds (optional, for texture)

½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)

Toppings: extra apple slices, walnuts or pecans, drizzle of nut butter, sprinkle of cinnamon

 

Method:

1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, yoghurt, Pure Collagen Peptides, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla, and sweetener. Stir well to combine.

2. Fold in the diced apple.

3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

4. In the morning, give it a good stir and add your favourite toppings: fresh apple slices, crunchy nuts, a drizzle of nut butter, and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
